Our history
When you are diagnosed with a chronic disease and need a series of tests, medications, specialist and rehabilitaion, the difficult job of organizing the care falls to the patient. In the absence of a true connected care service, we established My Health QB so patients can get the care they need, when they need it, and be able to afford it
